If you’re not completely satisfied after 14 days of use and it’s within our 60-day money back guarantee window, you may request a return. Simply email us at support@veluxir.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to make changes.
If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident that you’ll love your results with Veluxir. That’s why we offer a 60-day money back guarantee, beginning from the date of delivery. We ask that you use your product for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a return, to allow time for visible improvements.

Returns requested after 14 days and within the 60-day period are eligible for a full product refund. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package each order, but if your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. A product is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken—not due to cosmetic damage to packaging alone.

To report a damaged item, please email support@veluxir.com within 72 hours of delivery, including a clear photo of the damage. We’ll assess the situation and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note: We do not offer returns or replacements for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
