At Veluxir, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders—no minimums, no surprises. We’re here to make your glow-up journey smooth from checkout to delivery.


📦 Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. Once your order is handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit, it will be marked as dispatched.

During peak periods and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days—but rest assured, we’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


🌍 Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location. Once dispatched, your package’s delivery time will depend on regional carrier services. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment every step of the way.

United States : 7-10 Days

Note: Unexpected courier or customs delays may impact your delivery timeframe, especially during holidays or international shipments. While these are outside of our control, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.


📝 Order Changes & Shipping Details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may lead to delays or cancellations.

If our system flags an address issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back within that time, your order may be canceled.

Need to make a change? Email support@veluxir.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we can’t guarantee changes after this window, we’ll do our best to help.


🚚 Delayed Deliveries

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we strive to ship all orders promptly, unexpected events such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, or product availability may cause occasional delays.

If we anticipate a delay, we’ll notify you right away and keep you updated. Please note that Veluxir is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we’ll always advocate on your behalf to resolve issues quickly.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please reach out to support@veluxir.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

We recommend also filing a claim directly with the courier, as they may need additional details to investigate. We’ll gladly follow up with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.

While Veluxir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’re here to support you. In some cases, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation. If a package cannot be located, a police report may be recommended.
